RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
As we have already stated, any legal document has to be very clear and easy to read. Try to remember that a return/refund policy should make your customers trust you and feel safe to purchase from you.
You should give your best to make the refund process as simple and as smooth as possible. In other words, avoid things such as too many requirements for a refund, a difficult and unintuitive refund process, and refund processing fees.

Once cancelled or order returned, refund will be processed in the original mode of payment, which will be credited within 7 to 10 working days

Cancellation Policy:
A non – refund will be made for cancellations received 20 days before date of arrival, No refund thereafter.
In an event of No show, Total cost of the stay will be billed to your credit card.
MODE OF REFUND
For both cancelled orders & returned products (due to incomplete sets, incorrect style, wrong sizes, or defective products delivered), the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase.
